Order information may not appear in our system until the shipment reaches your destination country (up to 14 days after you receive your order shipping confirmation email), so sometimes you may see "Tracking does not exist". We'll email you a tracking notification when your package status changes to In Transit.
Accurate tracking updates may not be available for some shipments because carriers optimize and speed up their operations by skipping package scanning.
If your tracking number has an FR suffix (LKxxxxxxxxxFR), the Asendia website works best. You can also track all your shipments on 17Track.
You should also check your local postal service's website for more precise results once your order is in the country.
Most of our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. Your package will be left where it's safe to do so. A signature may be required for packages sent via Emirates Post from Dubai (RRxxxxxxxxxAE).
